Responsibilities
• Efficiently handle a large number of calls;
• Proactively provide in-depth details about our electric bikes, arrange appointments and deliveries;
• Address customer concerns and objections diligently, ensuring their satisfaction;
• Use selling techniques to turn potential customers into our clients.
Requirements
Native/Fluent French or Spanish;
• Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 - Advanced);
• 1 + years of experience in sales or support role;
• High-speed internet connection;
• Availability to work on the New York time zone schedule (9 am - 6 pm New York Time);
• Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
