Main Job Duties:
Preparing preventive maintenance programs and schedules for all electrical systems and following up on their implementation on time and according to the technical principles followed. Participates with the work team in developing strategies to improve overall reliability, improve production facilities, and reduce costly breakdowns. Directing and supervising technicians to repair faults. Carry out preventive maintenance operations onElectrical Panels,Generators,Control Panels,Electrical Room Equipment,Fire System,Fire Alarm, andParking Barrier Gates. Test, troubleshoot, and repair all types of equipment, distribution panels, and electrical components including lamps, underground cables, extension cords, internet devices, and replacement of electrical switches and outlets. Checking of expense forecasts for maintenance activities and facility renewal. Supervising all types of maintenance work (preventive and emergency).
Job Requirements Bachelor's of Mechanical Engineering. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel). Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Needs to be able to handle pressured situations effectively to meet aggressive project schedules. Good knowledge of Medium and low voltage.
