Job Summary:

The Youth Hiring Senior Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for youth hiring initiatives at Nawy, as well as building and maintaining partnerships with universities and educational institutions to attract top young talent.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for youth development and a strong understanding of the recruitment landscape.

What’s Required From You

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process for youth hiring programs, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, offer management
  • Sourcing & Candidate Attraction: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates from diverse backgrounds, utilizing online platforms, social media, university partnerships, and other relevant channels.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Program Management: Manage the logistics and coordination of youth hiring programs, including scheduling interviews, tracking candidate progress, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Data & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics, analyze data, and generate reports on the effectiveness of youth hiring initiatives.

    Identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure timely and effective recruitment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

     
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on youth hiring or early-career talent.

     
  • Proven track record of successfully managing the full recruitment cycle.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate attraction techniques.
  • Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

     
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

     
  • Passion for youth development and a strong understanding of the youth employment market.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
