Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Develop and implement responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces that ensure a seamless experience across multiple browsers and devices.
+ Continuously enhance interface design based on user feedback, integrating insights to improve overall usability and satisfaction.
+ Ensure full compliance with accessibility standards, including Section 508 and WCAG guidelines, to create inclusive user experiences for all audiences.
+ Leverage new UI technologies and frameworks, such as React, Angular, and Vue.js, to build modular and reusable front-end components that optimize speed and efficiency.
+ Collaborate with design teams to incorporate advanced UI/UX principles, including motion design, micro-interactions, and advanced CSS animations.
+ Implement design systems and component libraries to streamline UI consistency and scalability across the platform.
+ Experiment with emerging technologies, such as WebAssembly, CSS Grid, and Flexbox, to improve layout precision and performance.
+ Strong attention to detail and visual design sensibility.
Qualifications:
+ 4+ years of React/Angular.
SCSS experience
+ Expert Knowledge of HTML, CSS, ES6 javascript
+ Knowledge of design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and experience with building design systems or using component libraries.
+ Experience with responsive and adaptive design
+ Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
+ Experience working in the banking/financial services industry
+ Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Preferred
+ Knowledge of VueJS.
+ Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
+ Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
+ Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
+ Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
