Day In The Life:

Performance Marketing, Convertedin will play a critical role in the launch of a new business, launching Paid Social ads, Search ads, and Digital strategy with the execution.

We are looking for a performance marketer with proven experience working on paid media.

This individual will own and manage key aspects of the Convertedin Brand and performance marketing activities within paid social and SEM.

This candidate thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, possesses a strong digital-focused mindset, and brings an entrepreneurial work style and mindset.

What You Will Do:

1. Manage Paid Social strategy and execution across platforms (FB/IG, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, Influencer Amplification) as a function of digital strategy.
2. Execute SEM strategy and execution across Google Ads platforms
3. Execute, and optimize campaigns against full funnel objectives from driving brand lift, consideration, conversion, and omnichannel ROAS targets
4. Partner with internal marketing, brand, and creative teams to launch tactical campaigns using a data-led approach to inform campaign planning
5. Provide proactive and strategic campaign and optimization recommendations on a regular basis
6. Work cross-functionally to translate campaign briefs into consumer-led campaigns, partnering with creative and marketing to deliver creative that breaks through and is built native to each social platform

What You Will Need:

1. Minimum of Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience in marketing, eCommerce, SaaS, or digital media/mobile/app
2. Hands-on experience in Paid Social platforms especially Google Ads with a track record of growth
3. Experience with SEM platforms
4. Demonstrated analytical ability, specifically around program measurement and ROI, and program execution skills
5. Knowledge and hands-on experience with popular marketing automation and sales automation systems, particularly HubSpot.
