We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer / Tech Lead to join our Calibre Semi Interfaces R&D team in Cairo, Egypt.

Key Responsibilities:



+ Drive the design and development of software that meets requirements for functionality, usability, reliability and performance.

+ Contribute to project planning, tracking and schedule estimation.

+ Drive functional and design specifications, and actively participate in reviews of designs, specifications, and code.

+ Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

+ Collaborate with other developers to manage task interdependencies and resolve product and integration issues.

+ Work closely with the marketing team to understand customer needs and support their requirements.

Qualifications:



+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science.

+ +6 years of relevant work experience.

+ Strong proficiency in C++ programming.

+ Strong experience with software algorithms and data structures.

+ Experience with UI development, Qt, QML, Python, and Tcl is a plus

+ A solid understanding of IC flow, semiconductor fabrication, and physical verification is a high advantage.

+ Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments.

+ Strong ability to learn and innovate with new technologies.

+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and share knowledge.
