Brief Description:
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to enhance our DevOps and application deployment processes.

This role focuses on managing migration initiatives, CI/CD automation, and the integration of key application services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and Enhance CI/CD Pipelines.
• Integrate and maintain application monitoring, code quality systems like SonarQube, and Grafana.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize performance and secure application layer services.
• Interact with other teams to promote best practices.
• Deploy, improve, and maintain monitoring tools.
• Oversee infrastructure deployments, both on-prem and cloud-based.
• Ensure Documentation is maintained and up to date
• Oversee centralized DevOps processes, including container registry management, GitHub branch strategies, and secure secret management.

Requirements

About you:

The ideal candidate possesses a high level of ownership, excellent critical thinking skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You should be focused on delivering excellent service and problem-solving, effectively breaking down complex information into actionable items.

As an active contributor to the People team, you'll directly impact our culture and business trajectory.

Other qualifications include:

• 2+ years experience in DevOps or SRE or Similar role.
• Solid background in DevOps practices with hands-on experience in container orchestration and CI/CD automation.
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools and GitOps workflows.
• Familiarity with monitoring, security, and messaging systems for robust application performance.
• Excellent analytical skills and a collaborative mindset for continuous improvement.
• Oversee infrastructure deployments, both internal and cloud-based.
• Manage the deployments and configuration of these applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with logging and monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Watch, ELK, Zabbix).
• Experience with C# , Python, Go Lang, or any high-level programming language is a plus.
