We are expanding globally and are seeking a results-driven B2B Revenue Growth Partner to lead our sales efforts in either the USA or GCC markets, depending on strategic priorities and candidate fit.
As a B2B Revenue Growth Partner, you will own the complete sales cycle—from identifying and qualifying leads to closing deals and managing accounts—driving the adoption of peopleCQ’s AI-powered solution among mid-sized and enterprise businesses.
• Identify and target potential B2B clients in designated region.
• Develop and execute targeted strategies to generate high-quality leads through outbound outreach, strategic networking, etc.
• Qualify leads and convert them into actionable sales opportunities.
• Conduct sales calls and remote discovery meetings to understand client needs and pains.
• Prepare, present and deliver tailored demos of peopleCQ’s SaaS product, clearly articulating how its features address specific hiring pain points and drive better results for HR teams.
• Address product and business-related questions, ensuring a clear understanding of how peopleCQ delivers value across the hiring process.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals, pricing packages, and contracts.
• Lead client negotiations and close deals while ensuring long-term satisfaction.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Leverage industry insights and client feedback to optimize your sales strategies & approach.
• Maintain a clear and up-to-date sales pipeline across all deal stages on the company’s CRM.
• Track and forecast revenue accurately to support planning and goal setting.
• Provide regular reports on your pipeline and performance.
• Proactively identify and address pipeline gaps or stalled opportunities.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and positioning, and enhance product features and experience.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor products and activity, and the broader HR tech ecosystem.
• Monitor shifts in the hiring landscape, including emerging technologies, evolving market needs, changes in global and regional hiring practices, and relevant regulatory changes. Requirements

Requirements
• 4-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (HR Tech, Talent Acquisition, or AI-driven solutions preferred).
• Proven track record of successfully selling SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and consultative selling.
• Experience selling to international markets (USA or GCC experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
