**PROGRAM FEATURES & DETAILS**
_A rotational one-year program_ that offers candidates the unique opportunity to gain exposure and experience across multiple functions within Nestle, enabling them to build a strong foundation for a successful career.
In addition to that, developing their technical and interpersonal skills.
_Personalized Development Plans_ : Candidates will receive personalized development plans tailored to their specific goals.
These plans will focus on enhancing their skills and promoting professional growth within their chosen function.
_Skill Enhancement Workshops:_ Throughout the one-year program, candidates will have access to skill enhancement workshops and training sessions.
These workshops will cover a range of topics, including communication skills and professional development.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE …**
+ Participate in a rotational program where you will rotate every 2-3 months within the sub-functions of the assigned department, gaining comprehensive end-to-end exposure.
+ In each sub-function, you will report to the responsible line manager ensuring alignment to effectively contribute to the department's objectives.
+ Responsible for the achievement and delivery of the agreed targets/KPIs in the assigned department.
+ Responsible for the follow-ups and flawless execution of the day-to-day plans.
+ Ensure adherence of all company principles, policies, safety, and local legal regulations.

+ Bachelor’s Degree holder.
+ Availability of government service card for People with Disabilities is a MUST.
+ Good English proficiency.
