Job description

We are looking for a skilled Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations and contribute to our continued growth.


Responsibilities: 


  • Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  •  Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
  • Assist in creating financial plans and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  •  Supervise invoicing, collections, and payments to ensure efficient cash flow management.
  •  Ensure timely tax filings, liaise with external auditors, and stay updated on tax laws.
  •  Implement and maintain strong financial controls to prevent discrepancies and fraud.
  •  Manage and mentor accounting staff, ensuring productivity and professional growth.
  •  Coordinate internal and external audits and provide necessary documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and industry regulations.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements to streamline accounting operations.


Qualifications :


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  •  Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
  •  Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
  •  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  •  Proven ability to manage a team and collaborate across departments.
  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Working Days: Sunday -Thursday 
  • Working Hours: 09:00 AM -05:00 PM 
  • Days Off: Friday -Saturday
  • Location: Greek Campus - Downtown
